Certified Yoga Teacher | Mindfulness & Career Coach | Retreat Leader 🌿

My journey with yoga began alongside my corporate career. Stepping into a multinational organization opened doors to growth and leadership—but also to sustained pressure and complexity. Yoga became my refuge: a practice that grounded me, regulated my nervous system, and prepared me to meet each day with clarity and resilience.

As my career advanced, so did my yoga practice. What began as a primarily physical asana practice gradually revealed deeper layers. With the guidance of exceptional teachers, yogic philosophy became accessible and alive, igniting a lifelong passion for its transformative power.

Rama Jyoti Vernon was among the first to illuminate the Yoga Sutras in a way that felt deeply relevant to modern life. Through her teachings and workshops—including Sacred Geometry in Yoga Asana, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and Citizen Diplomacy—I learned to bridge ancient wisdom with lived experience.

Sraddhasagar (Ruth Hartung) guided me through profound self-inquiry by revealing the connections between behavioral patterns, life events, and yogic philosophy. I completed my second 200-hour teacher training at Seven Centers Yoga Arts, participated in their apprenticeship program, and taught Morning Sadhana during the studio’s final Chakra Intensive.

My studies deepened further through the tantric tradition with Rod Stryker. Completing a 300-hour teacher training expanded my understanding of tantra, meditation, and the subtle principles that support lasting transformation and inner stability.

Over time, yoga became more than a personal refuge—it became an integral part of my professional life. I introduced breathwork into meetings, facilitated yoga-based team experiences, and offered mindfulness programs within corporate environments.

Today, I bring together over 27 years of corporate leadership experience with extensive training in yoga and mindfulness. My work focuses on stress management, relaxation, transformation and coherence. Through retreats, workshops, and personalized coaching, I guide individuals toward balance, clarity, and purpose—integrating practical tools with timeless wisdom.

My teaching is shaped by years of study in the Bihar School lineage, the Tantra tradition of the Himalayan Institute, and Kundalini yoga. Yoga

My teaching is shaped by years of study in the Bihar School lineage, the Tantra tradition of the Himalayan Institute, and Kundalini yoga. Through asana, breath, and pranic awareness, I invite students into practices that support ease in the body, clarity in the mind, and a natural unfolding into meditation.

For those seeking a non-physical, structured path to awareness and stress regulation, I also offer standalone mindfulness programs.

Mindfulness Program

My mindfulness work is a distinct yet complementary avenue of my teaching. While yoga emphasizes embodied and energetic experience, mindfulness offers a structured, evidence-based approach to cultivating awareness, emotional regulation, and mental clarity.

These programs are designed for individuals and organizations seeking practical tools for stress management, focus, and resilience—without requiring prior yoga experience. Drawing from formal mindfulness training and decades of leadership experience, I present mindfulness in language that resonates in both personal and professional settings.

Programs are offered in group, retreat, and one-on-one formats and can be adapted for corporate, educational, or wellness settings.
