Olga's Practice Gallery
Certified Yoga Teacher | Wellness & Career Coach | Retreat Leader 🌿
My journey with yoga began hand-in-hand with my corporate career. Joining a multi-national corporation presented a world of challenges.. Yoga became my refuge — a practice that grounded me, rebalanced my mind, and prepared me for each new day.
As my career advanced, so did my yoga practice. Initially, yoga was just about the physical aspect — asana. The philosophy seemed distant and incomprehensible. But with the guidance of remarkable teachers, I gradually unlocked the deeper dimensions of yoga, igniting a lifelong passion for its transformative power.
Rama Jyoti Vernon, an internationally acclaimed yoga instructor, peace mediator, and author, was among the first to reveal the secrets of the Yoga Sutras to me. Her teachings made this ancient wisdom accessible and relatable. I immersed myself in her workshops, including Sacred Geometry in Yoga Asana, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and Citizen Diplomacy.
Sraddhasagar (Ruth Hartung), with her unique ability to connect behavioral patterns and life events to the teachings of the Yoga Sutras, guided me through profound self-discovery. I completed my second 200-hour teacher training at her 7 Centers Yoga Arts studio and participated in numerous workshops and the apprenticeship program, eventually teaching Morning Sadhana during the final Chakra Intensive program offered by the studio.
Rod Stryker introduced me to the power and depth of tantra, offering me a glimpse into the infinite wisdom of this ancient yogic tradition. I completed a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training with him, which deepened my understanding of tantra and the transformative principles of yogic philosophy.
Yoga became more than a personal refuge — it became an integral part of my personal and professional life. I infused breathing practices into meetings, led team-building activities with yoga sessions, and offered mindfulness training program to my colleagues.
Today, I bring the blend of my corporate experience and extensive yoga studies into the programs I develop, focusing on stress management, authentic leadership, work-life balance, and emotional intelligence. Whether it's through retreats, workshops, or personalized coaching, I guide individuals toward finding balance, clarity, and purpose in their lives — just as I have found in mine.
My teaching blends experiences from diverse traditions, including the Bihar School lineage, Tantra, and Kundalini yoga traditions. I guide students through asana practices that integrate pranic activation via mindful breathing, leading to the harmonious flow of energy and culminating in the stillness of the mind in meditation. My goal is to create a space where physical, energetic, and mental practices align, fostering deep transformation
I combine 27+ years of corporate leadership with yogic wisdom to help individuals thrive through wellness, mindfulness, and purpose-driven coaching.
